Meet Anna

Hello Teachers! 

My name is Anna Fronz and I am a seasoned educator, published author, and founder of The SuperTeachers Academy. I’d like to personally congratulate you for being courageous enough to look around for the purpose of professional development in your career as a Teacher!

My journey in teaching started 19 years ago when I stepped into my first classroom. I remember vividly how excited and anxious I felt. I remember how everyone was looking at me, awaiting instructions. Everything started to fall into place and feel natural very quickly and by the end of that first session I knew this job was a part of me, I have found my place in the world! 

I spent years honing my craft, blending my passion for teaching with as much knowledge as I could. Over the years, I have earned my Certificate of English Language Teaching (CELTA)  and a Train the Trainer Certificate from Cambridge University as part of my ongoing professional development plan.

I've taught everything in “English Language Education” from General English to Business English and IELTS Preparation Courses, and English for specific purposes, but my focus in recent years has been on Teacher Training, dedicating all my efforts towards helping like-minded teachers bring out their inner superheroes to their classrooms. I believe in education and the power of collective minds more than anything. I see education and professional development as ongoing processes that never end and my courses are reflections of my beliefs. 

I have a diverse educational background with degrees in both physics and Interior Architecture, as well as a BSc in Business and Management - Electronic Business Systems from Brunel University London. 

Although I am active in other fields as well, my unexplainable passion for language education has only grown stronger with experience, keeping Teaching at the top of my career interests and actively progressing throughout my life.

I have thought face to face classes for years as well as year of precious experience running a language school as the General Manager. However, it has been years since I first experienced education in online environment and almost immediately found it abounding with opportunities that were just too good to ever let go of! I have spent the last decade teaching online and am dedicated to breaking down the unnecessary limitations of traditional face-to-face classroom.

In addition to my teaching experience, I am also the author of "SuperPlanning: A Step-by-Step Guide to Crafting Lesson Plans that Engage and Empower," a practical guide to lesson planning that is designed to help teachers create more effective and engaging lesson plans. This book is only the tip of an iceberg as it is a part of a series, written with a blend of real experience and reliable education to train teachers in an easy-to-follow, compelling, and practical manner.
